NHS Student Bursaries - DSA Application Form

You need to apply as soon as you can before your course starts, to receive payments promptly. However, you can apply for DSA at any stage of your course.

DSA Application

NHS Bursaries for nursing, midwifery and allied health professional courses are only available to eligible students studying in England.

You will not be eligible for DSA if you are an EU student in receipt of a EU fees only bursary or you are a sponsored or seconded student receiving a salary from your employer.

Please make copies of any evidence before sending to your DSA Funding Provider.

Sending supporting evidence to NHS Student Bursaries

Sending Evidence

Once you have submitted your forms on BOSS you will receive an email that asks you to supply evidence to support the information you have provided. We can only accept original documents as supporting evidence. All of your supporting evidence should be sent in one go as soon as it is available. Also See: Evidence
